1. How is the shipping cost calculate?
Beginning from Cufflinks.hk, we use the new calculation method.
The quantity of cufflinks x 19grams = total weight (including products plus packing box).

2. Can you follow my request packing method?
We are sorry we can’t do this at the moment. We have our own standard of packing, however, you can send your feedback and suggestion, and we will try to fulfill your request.

3.Can I request special packing services?
Yes. If you have your own boxes and produced in China, you can send to our warehouse, we will store it for you and provide packing with extra charges.
A：Shipment for less than 300 pairs, special packing fee is USD$0.3 / pair
B：Shipment for 300 to 1000 pairs, special packing fee is USD$0.2 / pair
C：Shipment for 1000 pairs and above, special packing fee is USD$0.15 / pair

4. What to do if I didn’t received my items for a long after shipment?
We treat this matter seriously，if you didn’t received the shipment after a long time, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and sort it out for you within 8 working hours.

5. What if my items damaged during the shipping?
Upon receiving your order, please check the outer box. If the outer box is damaged, please open the box immediately and check your item condition carefully. (Some shipping company may not allowed to do this) Phone us and we will file a complaint and claim your compensation.
If you discovered there are damage items during the shipment, please capture a photo and contact us. We will investigate and compensate the value of your loss.

6. What if my items went loss during the shipment?
A：All lost. We will contact the shipping company immediately, investigate the causes and discuss the possible solutions. If it is caused by the shipping company, we will resend your order within 2 to 3days.
B：Partially lost. Check the condition of the outer box, capture a photo and send us. We will investigate and discuss with shipping company and make a necessary compensation to you.
Note：The above cases never happen before.

7. Can you provide a more solid package?
At the moment, our packaging is solid and durable and can guarantee to be items arrived in good condition. If you have better suggestion, you are welcome to contact us, we will consider and upgrade our packaging.
